Return Policy:
We gladly accept returns within seven (7) days of purchase for a full refund. This applies to items such as books, CDs, and DVDs. If you are unsatisfied with your purchased product, you can return it within this timeframe.
Digital Products:
Once a digital product is downloaded or accessed, it becomes non-refundable. We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
- Immediate Ownership:Digital products are typically accessible immediately upon purchase, making them impossible to return.
- Irreversible Nature:Once you’ve downloaded a digital item (such as a PDF), you gain full ownership, and we cannot revoke access.
Alternative Solution:
If you’re not completely satisfied with the item(s) you purchased, we’re happy to provide an alternative. We’ll send you another downloadable product of equal or lesser value.
